Free version is an INCREDIBLE value. You can see when people are on your site instantly, and what page they are on. You can even block IP addresses if needed. The chat feature is also fantastic with the option to receive transcripts via email when you're offline.Honestly, not a thing. It's one of those solutions that just blows away your expectations.

Affordable price.Unreliable Rigid and hard to adjust behavior. Smartsupp has changed stuff in the past without notice, but in Oct 2020, they just replaced the whole product for a clone of the competition without any warning. The fact that you can't rely on anything is the main issue. If you don't like an unreliable product without efficient support, look elsewhere.

Very easy to use and to program on the website back-office. Offers many options to personalize the design, chatbot, instant messaging for the whole team or personal shortcuts. Very useful to answer customers promptly and being able to chat with many customers at the same time. Mobile app works very well and is full feature. You also see who is online on your website and you are able to initiate the chat with them to help the customers to find what they are looking for. Improves sales by being available immediately for questions and clients better like to chat than call. It's a must on a website!.The only thing I don't like is you need to subscribe to the most expensive package just to get the opening hours option. That makes our employees always available to chat even when we're closed if they forgot to logout of Smartsupp on their phone or desktop.
