    FLG is transparent and easy to navigate. Premium customer service is helpful. Templates are easy to create and edit. Appointments feature is efficient and integrates with Google calendar. Appointment data can be transferred into an email to automatically send out to the customer.No feature is particularly disliked. It would be helpful to be taken to the associated lead when replying to an email on the home screen. It would also be handy to keep a history of messages somewhere rather than them disappearing completely. The FLG calendar is not preferred.
