The PureInsights Configurable Dashboard and Call Detail Extractor for Genesys Cloud Features are bundled together in a single subscription. The Configurable Dashboard features continuous updates in REAL TIME, alerts are color coded to quickly assess. The Dashboard is browser-based so it's accessible from anywhere, including moble. The Call Detail Extractor features a view of results in the web browser and also a clean CSV format for download to load into Excel easily or another BI tool. Data includes ANI and DNIS columns and Grand Total across all selected Queues. Both are cloud-based offerings so there's no software to install!
