The ease of use. The design was/is intuitive which made learning it, a breeze. Our rep and his team really did the hard and tedious work of bribing their vision into something that is easy to understand which is the goal of every technology. With this, I was able to show both the young and old, how easy it is to have WebRTC based video calls with a simple link.Nothing. Our rep and his team are very responsive when it comes to new features. They really undersold the technology but over delivered on their vision. BRAVO!.

It is easy to use with a simple interface. Also, the quality of voice is good.I didn't like the quality of videos. Also, I didn't like the option of disconnecting after minutes when the main person goes out.

With Gruveo, I can connect with clients quickly and easily. They just click a link and are placed into a call with me automatically, without the hassle of installing a piece of software or registering for an account. Using the tool is just super-simple, which is a big contrast compared with other calling software I've used in the past like Skype, JoinMe and GoToMeeting. When someone clicks on a call link, Gruveo automatically starts a video call, which is usually the preferred method of connecting for me, but not all clients prefer to have video turned on by default.
