    Instant chat and ability to quickly jump into a video call are great. Team functionality of collating conversation and files etc.Team chat can quickly become disorganised, especially in a big team. Teams is a huge memory hog and slow no matter the hardware. Sometimes it can't log you in and a manual clearing of the cache is required.
