The customer likes the ability to create a contactless online job application, but dislikes the bugs and the company's nonchalance towards customer satisfaction. The customer has called AidaForm several times about the issues but received unsatisfactory responses. The customer recommends keeping customer service as the forefront of the organization. The customer is unable to solve any problems with AidaForm as the online job application does not function correctly.

The ease of use and form creation is great, but there are several cons such as the line spacing being too big, inability to put 2 or more fields in one line, font size not being optional, fonts not being listed in alpha order, PDF downloads resulting in multiple pages due to only 1 field per line and huge fonts, and page breaks putting in too many spaces in the form when embedded. AidaForm still needs some tweaking.
