Yelp is good and helpful as a user.Bad experience with paid advertising on Yelp. Salesperson gave misleading statistics and pushed for a 6-month contract with high minimum amount. Average click payment was much higher than expected. Penalty fees were charged for canceling the contract. No valuable leads were received from Yelp after 6 months of paid ads. Continues to receive sales calls despite not wanting to deal with the company anymore.
