    The onboarding process has been very simple and straightforward. I wish more companies used this product!.I didn't have any issue with the software. The only very minor downside is that they added a document to my process and I had no notification to let me know.

    Service staff tried to be nice and professional, but mostly clueless.Wrong and belated informations from service. Communicating with service is like talking to a wall. You only get automated replies. Always wrong data about vacation days and sick leaves on their platform, very long rembursement processes for expenses. Payments on the latest possible date.
