VOXOX is nice to make call and send SMS. it's okay for me.Notification sometime does not work very well.

I can't say because it never worked for us.They didn't have phone numbers available in our local area code when we enrolled but they had some number "drying out" which were promised to be available soon. We had the service for over a year and were never able to get a satisfactory phone number, it always looked like we were calling from our state capital 3 hours away. This did not give us the home town feel we wanted.

Inexpensive, easy to set up online phone system which gives a professional face to your company. Forwards to mobile phones and allows employees to work from various locations.Outbound call feature is greatly lacking, especially if your wi-fi connection is not extremely strong. Per minute fee on calls might also be prohibitive depending on your calling patterns. Integration with CRM is negligent.
