Easy to set up, finally all my data in one place. Their support was very helpful if any questions came up, but you can do everything yourself within the tool as well.Actually nothing really, but I'd like to note that the value of Vitally is only as good as the setup and data you put into that. So make sure you clean the data of the other tools before you start with integrating it.

Bringing our existing data into Vitally during implementation was super easy and quick which let us start using Vitally almost right away, I'm talking within days of getting data pushed into the platform! As we continue to grow and learn with Vitally we are able to quickly and easily make changes and adjustments to fit our needs without making a mess of things or disrupting existing workflows. Playbooks (automation) are a huge driver for our scale segment, the Playbook builder in Vitally is a visual and super easy-to-use tool that has enabled us to quickly stand up many more automatons than we had previously, not only that but we're able to make changes to them as needed with ease and on the fly. The way Vitally is setup is basically a Google Sheet on steroids, this is incredible because people are already familiar with how a sheet works, and having much of the data displayed in a similar (but much prettier) way means the change management is reduced due to folks generally being able to easily grasp how to navigate and find information throughout the platform. There is nothing specific that I dislike about Vitally, but there are areas of improvement that would be great to see. For example, a "make life easier" thing like being able to manually expand and contract the row widths in views.
