Reporting for accounting and AP feed for journal entries.Difficult at first to learn. Had difficulties with contacts set up as payors and when the property sold there is a certain order to follow; otherwise, you are updating the new contact as the previous contact and losing the history.

Visual Lease has been easy to implement and maintain for our company and has certainly lightened the burden of ASC 842. The reporting functions are great, it's intuitive to use, and the Visual Lease team is quick to respond to any questions. The only difficulty we have had with Visual Lease is how VL reports different currencies in the roll forward report. For our accounting books, we report using the exchange rate in the current month, but the roll forward report only has an option for the spot rate at the beginning of the lease or the current spot rate, which causes a slight difference between the asset/liability balances we have in our GL and what the roll forward report shows.
