Virtual Data Access Components (VirtualDAC) is a library of components that extends data processing capabilities in Delphi and C++Builder on multiple platforms. It provides features such as working with non-tabular data, performing SQL-queries to data in memory or from different RDBMS'es, and advanced design-time editors. It is free of charge and supports Mac OS 64-bit, RAD Studio 10.3 Rio, Lazarus 2.0.2, Linux in RAD Studio 10.2 Tokyo, and cross-platform solutions for Delphi, C++Builder, and Lazarus. It represents an in-memory dataset, can store record data in a file or dfm, and provides expanded ability for locating records, supports record filtering, and local sorting ability by several fields. The performance of TVirtualQuery is significantly improved, and application-defined functions and collations in TVirtualQuery are supported. AutoInc fields in TVirtualTable are also supported.
