Viafoura's implementation and moderation features make it a wonderful solution for reintroducing user conversations on websites. The AI and human moderation offered by Viafoura has made commenting and live chats a viable option again. The AI seems to become smarter over time as we manually override its choices.Early in the deployment, the AI moderation was still learning and more local moderation was needed. A production-ready mobile app SDK would be great as well!.

The tool is extremely smart and makes it easier to moderate. Viafoura has created a way for me to see comments in real-time, ultimately reducing the risk of threats and making workdays more productive.The inability to respond and moderate responses to a comment creates an issue during high volume days or delicate circumstances.

Viafoura has great customer service and is very quick to answer if we need their help. The communication part is so easy. They make us feel valued as a customer.If you get Viafoura without the moderation service, the banning tools are not on point. It's very difficult to keep the site clean because you can't IP ban and/or prevent banned people from creating new accounts within minutes. Multiple accounts were also a problem.
