High - rated users

The different features are loved, including the ribbons, scorecard feature, and swap board. Everything is simple to use.The system won't let users add more hours once they've let some go when trading a shift or making another change.

Average - rated users

Users can check their up-to-date available time off accrued, emergency time off accrued, and emergency time off accrued all in one place.Users have to go into the time management tab every time to confirm that their punches in and out have actually been recorded, which is a poor way to get confirmation.

Low - rated users

There is nothing good about this software.There are no instructions or even the slightest semblance of intuitive control. If users don't have days to research online how to do EVERYTHING, then this is not the product for them.
