High - rated users
The team behind Torii is super helpful and continuously adds new functionality based on feedback and support tickets. The software is easy to deploy and the integrations are all easy and behind the scenes. The information and contract doc storage additions have been a game changer and made SaaS management much more centralized and transparent to stakeholders.Detection of apps is a little rigid and offboarding workflows are not as robust or centrally managed as existing systems.

Average - rated users
Torii allows for insight into applications used by end users and can automate user management, send email alerts, and notify about upcoming contract expirations and license shortages. It also records user sign-ins, giving graphical insight into where user accounts are being accessed.Much of the automation is only helpful in cloud-only identity management and there is a lack of user profile merge, making it difficult to use with the offboarding automation.

The discoverability of apps being used within the organization has been helpful in narrowing the tech stack and reducing licensing costs. Workflows with native integrations have reduced onboarding and offboarding process time and email reminders for other roles in the team eliminate wasted time in communication. Some main tech stack items are not natively integrated.
