It has a straightforward process for task management and the to-do list. The design is simple and easy to work with. I love that it has separate space for work related stuff, and a space for my personal task so it won't intertwined together and make it confusing between work or personal task.I need to constantly clearing my media from the storage space, as they storage files is very limited and the price to upgrading the storage space is too expensive and not to worthy with the price tag. Other than those cons, i don't see anything else that i dislike with Todo.vu.

The look and feel, and the ease to create tasks, users and clients.Installed desktop and IoS versions. Mobile app hangs when trying to change workspace. Mobile user cannot sign into same workspace, making the whole thing useless. The lack of integrations.

I like the integration of time tracking, task (and project) management and billing. It means that I can break projects down into specific tasks, and track my time directly on these tasks at my hourly rates as I work on them! todo.vu calculates my totals for me, so when I'm ready to invoice, all I have to do is create a billing report in todo.vu, which takes next to no time at all. I can also invite my clients to log in and add and comment on tasks themselves, and the ability to email or forward emails to todo.vu, which the system then converts automatically to tasks, is awesome. Really cuts down on the admin time! It's great not to have to integrate other software to get everything done, and the dev team and owner Tom are really helpful if you have any questions or an idea for a feature or functionality.I'd like to see the functionality for fixed-price (rather than hourly) billing, but I have been in touch with Tom and he said that this is a function in the pipeline! Before todo.vu, I was using a bunch of different software -- one for task management, one for time tracking etc. -- but because there were so many, I wasn't using any of them properly! When I started using todo.vu, as I could do so many of the things I needed to do in one platform, it was so much easier for me to keep using it and now I don't know what I would do without it! I'm able to keep on top of all my tasks as well as ensure I'm not missing any billable time. An added bonus is that my clients love the billing reports I can provide them with -- they're super clear and professional.
