TimeOut is a cloud-based leave management solution that offers automatic vacation accruals, grants and employee balance calculations, email notifications, policy-specific rules, time tracking, and integrations with Microsoft Outlook, iCal, and Google Calendar. It allows employees and managers to view vacation balance, request leave, and review decisions, and offers the ability to export leave history to a spreadsheet and view future accruals. Managers can also leave days in the approval queue for later consideration and mark actions for other days.
