Integrating Nectar was an easy transition and it brought a motivation and morale boost to the department. The hashtag feature allows for easy communication and unification across departments. It is a fun way to thank others. .The limited amount of points employees are given each month is a negative aspect. It would be helpful to have a more direct route to find shoutouts in the notifications section.
