It makes billing insurance companies so much easier and faster. It also tells me when I'm missing information in a client's file.It's difficult for clients to access it without explicit instructions every time. It's not user friendly for ages 40+ from what I've found. It's also a pain to re-bill under a different CPT code if it's already been submitted once before under a different specific code.

It makes it very easy for receptionists and therapists to schedule new and existing appointments. It's also easy to communicate with your internal team with messages.Visually it's not as pleasing as it could be and there should be email notifications for the messages. It could be better with a more modern look and notifications for certain things.

It has encrypted messaging. I also like that clients can schedule themselves. The billing has been good, and the reports are great. For the most part, customer service is generally responsive.There has been a two-year wait for the promised upgraded system. The messaging system is difficult to utilize. There is no way to send intake forms to clients and there is no e-signature capability. There are many pieces that need upgrading - too many to mention. Customer service has not been responsive to the issue.
