It is now free with out insurance plan. Quick response time. App allows you to add photos and do video chat with the doctor.It takes effort to setup account. Calls from doctor come from unlisted number which can delay call if iPhone security is set to ignore unlisted numbers.

The clinicians available.Login is a nightmare. Poor customer service. No two-way messaging. Lack of customizability. Lengthy appointment scheduling for patients.
