Techugo was helpful in trying to solve the issues faced by the customer, but the issues were arising due to poor development practices followed by their engineers.

The customer employed Techugo's services for creating the beta version of the Lal10 Karigar mobile application, Lal10 admin panel, and Lal10 B2B marketplace website. However, they did not benefit anything from them, because they released super late into the market, almost 9-10 months later than planned, which in terms of startup timeline is like centuries! They also got really naive code with bad development practices followed, which they could not do anything to understand, because of the lack of technical knowledge in their team back then (they did not have any engineers then). The way they write code, they should be able to release in record times, because in many instances in their codebase, they saw code copied as it is from Stack Overflow! A very bad experience for them overall.
