The feature I like the most about Sonru is the customization of time duration of both - the interview question and it's answer. You can set the Manual time limit for both. Plus after every customized interview, it gives another 2 minutes of free speech to the candidate. You can add multiple viewers (all members of the interview panel) to the interview session. The only thing that needs improvement is the placement and positioning of the controls and options. This software has lovely features however the GUI needs to be a little more user friendly.

n/a Nothing is good about this program.. Very bad.I had a job interview yesterday for a customer service role at DHL. And this is the worst software ever. For 2 hours I couldn't get to load my Interview, it was stuck at "Loading" the whole time. And because of this bad and buggy software, I have lost the opportunity to work at the company. There were 2 hours before the deadline and Sonru didn't have a live chat so I had to write an email which came 4 hours later. And the response wasn't helpful either.
