Soluno felt comfortable to use and the transition was smoother than expected. The Soluno team was there every step of the way and quick to address issues.Some of the reporting from the old accounting package is not available, but many are on the road map for future release.

Love the excel and pdf feature for the ledger that allows me to quickly and efficiently create costs outlines. The spell check feature for dockets is a life saver.Freezes a lot. Inputting client information using cut and paste rarely works, leaves gaps in the client profile. The icons for picking categories are vague, written titles would be easier (or have both).
