Appears easy to use on the surface. Customer support is rather quick to answer.Sponsored jobs on Indeed are no longer supported, which defeats the purpose of having an ATS. Only one job ad can be saved as a template. Customer support is only done via e-mail. Pricing structure fine print isn't as discussed during negotiation.
