Regular updates, helpful electronic signature feature, mobile friendly application, instant ability to customize features and restrict/approve access.Abundance of processes can be overwhelming to new users, ease of alternating between screens/processes can create confusion for the user and allow for accidental incorrect implementations.

Ease of use, small learning curve, great online training videos, excellent support.Cannot have multiple locations open on one computer at the same time, huge issue with using DoorKing software and gate controllers with SiteLink when running multiple facilities, MyHub lacks functionality and updates are slow going with no information given to users on what is coming.
