SimpleMDM has been a fantastic tool to use to manage the thousand of devices we have deployed in the field. The features to customize the different components required for our deployment are amazing. SimpleMDM offers great visibility, device management and device control.Nothing really to complain about the software. Customer support has been responsive to all our queries, which are usually related to third parties changing device's features.

Simple is just that... Simple. Easy to use, lots of great options. Gives us control over our tablets in the field.Support is only via email. We had an extremely difficult issue we were dealing with and could not get anyone on the phone or even in a chat. It was email, wait, email, wait. It made it VERY difficult to solve the problem. Great product, but I hope you don't need immediate assistance.

Simple MDM is easy to use. Once you know where everything is and does, it works like a charm. I love seeing the location of devices and the ability to set restrictions in the user, device, or group level.There are a bit too many menus that sometimes make it difficult to find what exactly it is that you want to find but these seem like they are necessary.
