ServiceTitan has extensive reporting and more permission controls than other software. However, their support team cannot solve challenges with any other issue other than user error. Marketing Pro is overpriced and difficult to utilize. The inventory feature cannot be fully launched with tracking and sync to QuickBooks. ServiceTitan has yet to release the Yext listing after six months, and the listing is changing to ServiceTitan tracking numbers no longer associated with the user. The user is losing leads due to this issue. The experience with ServiceTitan was great up to the point of signing a 2-year contract, but it quickly turned into a nightmare consuming many late nights and many days working on the software, losing the user's sanity so the team could keep theirs. The user left 3 months ago.
