Seekout is a great tool for a recruiter that needs to search social media. It narrows the candidate pool down helping you pinpoint candidates that have the skills you may need. What really nice feature is the messaging feature. Allowing you to send messages/emails to candidates.A lot to learn can be frustrating at times as you are trying to do other searches.

I value the wealth of comprehensive information that is available for candidate searches in one location. The number of candidates on this website is astounding. I enjoy how you can use power filters to speed up your search process, especially if you're looking for the same types of candidates in various locations. Another of my favorite features is that when you search different areas, it will let you know how many applicants are available there (for example, Dallas (34), and Houston (51)).The only two things that have been challenging for me are that there are several candidates for healthcare in various locations rather than all in one place, and I frequently come across invalid or unavailable email addresses.
