Customers are highly satisfied with Salsa Engage's all-in-one platform and good support team. Helps us do all of our engagement in one platform whereas we had multiple softwares before. Like the 'all in one' aspect of it. Good support team.

Customers have mixed feelings about Salsa Engage due to issues with email formatting, preview, viewer interface sorting, editing, and social media publishing. Many issues and lack of simple necessary functions. Email formatting issues, preview issues, viewer interface sorting issues, cumbersome editing, social media publishing is cumbersome. Overall, found many aggravating issues.

Customers appreciate Salsa Engage's user-friendliness, tutorials, and ability to connect with social channels, but dislike being required to watch videos on features they won't use. It's extremely user friendly and there are a ton of tutorials if you forget something. The system easily connects with social channels and builds emails better than Mail Chimp. Since we have a donor list and an email list, this allows us simple ways to segment and manage all of the people in one area.There are some features that we will not be using but are required to watch videos on.
