SalonTarget has many features that have helped manage walk-in and appointment business more efficiently. Automated confirmations and online bookings have made the front desk more efficient. Clients love the ability to book online and receive text reminders. Staff can check their appointment book, walk-in list, and sales on their phone. Bookkeeping department loves the ability to view reports online.There is nothing to dislike about the software. The only challenge is making sure to take full advantage of all the benefits.
