Versatility of the platform, links staff work with an easy way to identify rewards based on productivity, creativity and other skills and talents. File and documentation sharing plus meetings and conferences are great sub apps too, very simple to use and with great quality.There are no dislikes about the software as the local branch manager. The tool was already designed at HO and adapted for the local needs and requirements. .

The idea behind the platform is good and it interfaces well with ADP. The employee home page is also a plus.The platform took a severe hit after the merger with Brand Integrity. The security features require everyone to have a working e-mail and 2 factor authentication, which is not feasible for employees without work e-mails. The CEO cannot write group reviews because of the security features. The platform was better when it was owned by a smaller company.
