An artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tool, it helps organizations generate professionally written, search engine optimized responses to online hotel reviews with one click. The responses can be customized by the manager and are available in 12 different languages. The features include improving bad customer reviews through a phone call or e-mail, sentiment module, custom greetings and more. Revuow is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via email and other online measures.
