Remedly had what no other system could offer - the capability of handling our membership pricing model, combined with our need to do efficient insurance billing, combined with our need for excellent electronic health records. Integration has been flawless. The kindness and decency of the team at Remedly in terms of bending over backwards to accomodate our needs was really the best part of working with Remedly.The scheduling had to be in 15 minute increments, but they are about to fix that anyway.

This software is internet based and can be accessed from anywhere. It's convenient to use from home or work.This software requires a lot of work to set up. Customer support is really bad. The system wasn't recognizing my email address to log in. This software is quite costly for what you get.

Remedly has helped us automate Medicaid claims submission for two states and is helping us automate several others. Remedly developers worked directly with our Operations personnel to custom create the billing solutions we needed.Nothing specific to dislike.
