Ease of handling the palette of styles and predesigned templates in a window, QPS function for assigning press releases to journalists easily and quickly, easy way to create styles.Program suddenly closes for no reason, heavy when handling many jpeg files, interface becomes slow, bitmap management not pleasing.

Nice abstraction features like paragraph and character styles, master pages are useful for streamlining creation of large documents, 60 days of free tech support.Design flaws, can't open multiple projects at once, slow scrolling on pages with many elements, table of contents automation lacks customization, customer support unhelpful, user interface issues, undo operations frequently crash program, exporting PDF has no progress bar, sparse support community.
