Convenient to manage marketing, referrals, scheduling, documentation, and billing from one software.Referral Management needs improvements and closer sync with the scheduler. Patients in the insurance verification section should be in order by date and time. Real-time updates for rescheduled appointments and new evals would be convenient. 'Scheduled' referral status should change back to 'New Referral' or 'Scheduled - No Show/Cx' for better management and access.
