The tracking feature is loved by the users as it allows them to see when the recipient has read and/or downloaded any attachments to an email. The software also has the ability to remind you to follow up with the email in three days if you have not had a response from the recipient.The absence of an Android mobile version of the software is disliked by the users as it does not sync up with Gmail or Outlook on their phone.

The functionality of the software is fantastic as it allows the users to see who and when someone opened their mail, if they clicked a link, downloaded a file - brilliant for business use. The campaigns and sequences are a great promotion tool.The User-Interface is not very intuitive and functions are hard to find. The software is too buggy and has many little UI bugs that appear when you try to import and edit recipients for campaigns/sequences. The inability to resize/scale images inside a message and the distortion of images when opened in another email client are also major issues. The system altering the message created by the user is a very serious bug.
