I like the UI. Most of it is self-explanatory and specific topics can also be found by entering a search term, for instance "notification", into a Google type search window. Personio's implementation team has some really bright people who understand what your needs are. I think we had 6 video calls over a period of six weeks. They help companies with the implementation because a lot can go wrong: users getting to little or too many access rights, workflows not defined properly, data not imported correctly etc.Sometimes there are global system outages. Also, synchronisation with the Outlook calendar is a bit bumpy.

Personio is very user-friendly. As Admin, you can change everything, from attendance to absenteeism. And if something is not working, the team reacts to your tickets very fast and solves your issue (in my experience of more than 50 Tickets) in less than 2 days.Sometimes some updates change the tool's view, making the employees doubt how they should use the tool or even if there is a bug within the tool. With the latest update, it was difficult for me to know where do get support from the team. After a charming video call with my key account manager from Personio, all my questions were solved.
