We love the performance management and employee engagement workspaces. It covers OKRs, check-ins, 360 feedback, and engagement surveys. We have reduced the time we have to spend weekly and monthly on data collection and analysis. PeopleGoal enabled us to understand our employee's needs and what motivates them. We can now see how our people are performing and can identify those who are underperforming.I love the way the apps works so far but I would like to hear about the new apps more frequently.
