    We can deploy the software to the team easily and track responses. Reports and Word Cloud are great.More manipulation with the reports is needed. It is slightly difficult to find where certain reports are housed within the final report.

    Creating reports is not very challenging.Difficult to export or analyze data. The system seemed constrained. The company's focus seems to be heavier on transportation (over the road) than other industries.

    People Element gives us an easy way to obtain honest feedback from our team on how we are performing and supporting them.It took a minute or two to figure out how to look at the comments but I figured it out and all was well.
