The software works well with our POS system and makes it easy for cashiers to activate and redeem points. Customers like the feature of saving points for future purchases.Customers have a hard time signing up to redeem points, especially older customers who have a hard time with emails. The loyalty program is not phone number based and requires spending more money to change it. Text messages are also an additional cost.
