Easy to use and train people on. Customer service is out of this world. They take electronic checks as well as credit cards.Fees are on the higher end.

Love the feel of the set up and how easy it is to move around. Customer service dept. is very easy to get a hold of and goes above and beyond to correct any issues or help you find answers.Ease of changing things and editing payment plans. Payment plan does not stop on time when the balance is zero.

Easy to use for invoicing and the customers don't seem to have a problem with using it.After creating a customer and then rebilling that customer several instances of their name comes up. ACH payments are combined and when my bank feed gets it I don't know which payments were combined. Reports don't show how the payments were combined and paid.
