The product has a large catalog, ease of use/setup, and auto app packaging. The support team is very responsive and their knowledge base more than often has the answer to any hiccups you might run into. The founder is very involved in the ConfigMgr/Intune user community and provides webinars and how-to/troubleshooting videos for much more than their own PatchMyPC product. Great company to work with!.There isn't anything specific that the customer doesn't like about the software. An improvement request would be to add support for Mac's, specifically patch support via Jamf Pro.

Deploying all apps at once without the need to create Intune packages one by one is so useful, also Intune updates help us reduce our manual tasks. The interface is so simple and supporting documents are enough for deploying the solution.The only thing until now is that we can't use it for our business applications and also for some known apps like Acrobat Pro, and CrowdStrike Sensor... If the app wasn't dependent on the WSUS, that would be better.

What is most helpful about PatchMyPC is the ease of setup and use of the application. This product takes the worry out of patch managing 3rd party applications. Also no agent needed to install on computers.Wish there were more applications supported. Even though more and more applications are being added, we have a few that we would love to see on this platform. Adding applications have to be voted on.
