Intuitive contract creation process and Overview function that allowed us to cut through dense legal contracts.Some users have issues accessing their contracts due to confusion between personal and work email accounts.

Low - rated users

Once you get going it is easier to keep going.Getting over the threshold of transitioning to this system has been very difficult. It probably would have been better to dedicate a week with a customer service person and get it all hammered out. Instead we have been doing 'set up' for about 3 months.
