The software makes information collection and reporting easier than extracting data from Microsoft logs. The data collection is extensive and covers critical areas for small business IT departments. The active directory reporting is incredibly valuable.Getting the data collection to work and keeping it working is difficult. Netwrix does not provide enough troubleshooting tools for data collection issues.
