Neon CRM has helpful dashboards, advanced searches, great donation page, and user-friendly account profiles.Reporting and customer service are challenging. Limited output information to pull data on. Chat function only works when staff is available. Support staff have poor attitudes. The system does not meet the needs for volunteers and donors as promised.
