NationBuilder combines everything needed to run and win in one package, providing every single person involved with what they need.NationBuilder is so finely-tuned towards political campaigns that it doesn't work well with things unrelated to that.

NationBuilder is a powerful CRM for non-profits and political organizations, with fantastic integration with social media. The CRM is great at identifying prospective supporters among multiple mediums, and has a strong integrated communications tool. The financial tool is useful for tracking donation progress. The overall tool feels restrictive and lacks some basic features. The UI is inefficient and not friendly to use, and support is mostly paid. Support for events is very elementary, and there is no native discussion/forum support. Email campaign support is difficult to use and test, and the membership tool is poorly designed.

NationBuilder has amazing features and data available to successfully engage communities, including fundraising, voter profiles, information pages, membership, engagement, events, and marketing.Lack of descriptions for some features, and additional tutorials or video how-tos would be helpful.
