High - rated users

The system is easy to use and easy to implement. Backup jobs are easy to set up and have a large amount of options. Price is very attractive. Very appreciate the possibility to install directly on NAS appliance (Qnap in my case).Missing support for EMC Unity storage appliance.

Average - rated users

Possibility of backing up all our platfroms is plus for me.Any update is pain. There is huge chance that software update wont end well and you have to contact support to help you with remediation. Support is also not best i saw out there.
