My PT Hub is helpful due to the amount of content it has, but it freezes constantly and the features are not tailored for the US. The timezone does not work properly, causing confusion and frustration for clients.

The only good thing about My PT Hub is the nutrition and workout tracking capabilities. However, the company is unorganized and lost a customer's payment. Customer service is subpar and the calendar is terrible. Vagaro.com is a better option for scaling a business, and My PT Hub is only suitable for those just starting in the private training business.
