The transition to the software / voip service was easy. Monster Voip handled everything and it was a very smooth transition. The software is very easy to use which is helpful for last minute changes to our office schedule. Changes can be made anywhere you have internet access. Our staff really likes the ability to text clients from the software. Our clients receive the incoming text from our office number and not a personal cell phone number. Very convenient.The confirmation page for faxing from Instant-fax.com serves its purpose, however we would prefer the confirmation have the ability to come as a .pdf document rather than an image in an email.

I like the customer service that I've been receiving from Jet and the user interface being very friendly. Additionally, compared to the company we used previously, "plug and play" convenience when switching from office work to remote work was much easier. There is also the addition of some extremely good hold music which was an absolute delight to listen to.There's been a lot of issues with call transfers on the software application and the method to 'retrieve' a call on mobile requiring you to hit 'hold' is a bit strange. We have had issues with dropped calls as well and issues on the web application and mobile app where it says a call is coming in but there is actually no call there. Or it'll say I'm receiving a call even though I've picked up already.

I’ve been impressed by the monster voip team from day one. Switching systems couldn’t have been more seamless. Not only is the service phenomenal they’ve also uncovered inefficiencies we had become blind to and provided solutions which were already included in our package. Outstanding service!.We were unable to meet person due to the COVID-19 outbreak and look forward to meeting the team in 2021.
