MetaCX is a platform that helps organizations build value networks to align internal and external stakeholders on shared initiatives and measure progress towards desired outcomes. Value networks can be used for both commercial and social initiatives, and organizations can self-organize around initiatives by connecting with other departments. External stakeholders can also be invited to contribute value and capabilities. Connections in value networks are persistent and manifest in shared digital spaces called bridges, where stakeholders can define, manage, and measure every aspect of an initiative, including its desired outcomes, action plans, and performance metrics. Metrics are created using data from any application, system, or digital endpoint to provide insight into an initiative's progress.
